7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing times vary due to the handmade nature of our products and are provided at checkout.

Alamak Natural is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by carriers
Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products:

All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if

The incorrect item was received, or
The item arrived damaged

Proof of damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
