At Alamak Natural, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade, natural products. Our goal is to ensure that you love your purchase! Because of the nature of our products (handmade, natural, and personal care items), we have strict policies to protect both you and the business.

 

1. NO REFUNDS ON OPENED PRODUCTS

  • For health and safety reasons, once a product has been opened, used, or altered, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • This includes, but is not limited to: body butters, oils, scrubs, bath bombs, lip scrubs, and candles.
  • Unopened items may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery.

 

2. Exchanges / Returns

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alamaknatural@gmail.com.
  • Photo evidence is required for all exchange or replacement requests.
  • Exchanges are only offered for damaged products during shipping or incorrect items sent.
  • Requests beyond this window or for used/opened items will not be honored.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after delivery.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses.

 

4. Allergy / Sensitivity Disclaimer

  • All products are handmade with natural ingredients and may contain allergens such as nuts, oils, or herbal extracts.
  • Please read ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge you have reviewed ingredients and are responsible for ensuring you do not have a reaction.
  • Alamak Natural is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

 

5. Product Safety & Storage

  • All products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Shelf life may vary based on product type and storage conditions.
  • Alamak Natural does not guarantee product performance beyond recommended shelf life.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Alamak Natural shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
  • By purchasing, customers agree that Alamak Natural cannot be held responsible for personal injury, allergic reactions, or property damage resulting from the use of our products.

 

7. Pre-Order & Custom Products

  • Pre-ordered or custom products cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable, even if you change your mind.

 

8. Pricing & Errors

  • Alamak Natural reserves the right to correct pricing errors or typographical mistakes on the website.
  • If a product is listed incorrectly, we will notify you before shipping and provide options to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order.
