At Alamak Natural, every product is handmade with care. Because of this, shipping times are slightly longer than mass-produced products.
1. Processing Time
- Standard handmade products: 5–7 business days
- Custom orders: 10–14 business days
2. Shipping Options & Timing
- Standard Shipping (included in base price): 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days for an additional $10 (displayed at checkout)
3. Total Delivery Estimate
- Standard Order: 7–12 business days from order date
- Custom Order: 12–19 business days from order date
4. Tracking & Updates
- All orders are shipped with tracking.
- Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipping.
5. Shipping Address & Responsibility
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Alamak Natural is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delays
- Shipping may be delayed due to carrier issues, holidays, or extreme weather.
- Alamak Natural is not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in resolving any issues.
